About

I trained as a physiotherapist (BPT, Galgotias University) and interned at Park Hospital before moving into analytics. That background taught me to start from evidence, document precisely, and explain findings to people who are not analysts. I am now completing a PGDM in Analytics at SOIL School of Business Design, graduating in 2027. At imcure I redesigned a manual KYC workflow, built an Excel and Google Sheets MIS and integrated partner APIs; three case studies below show how I work, including an analysis of 110,521 real appointments in SQL. Redesigned the as-is manual KYC into a to-be digital onboarding workflow, cutting manual verification time by 30%. Built an MIS platform using Excel and Google Sheets that automated policy and sales reporting (data flows, KPI tracking) and reduced manual effort by 25%. Owned the design and development of the website (HTML, Next.js, Tailwind CSS) across 10+ pages, developed the payment page with a secure payment gateway, integrated third-party partner APIs (diagnostics labs, doctor consultation) and set up Google Ads conversion tracking. Gathered requirements across product, technology and business teams, contributing to 4+ deliverables.

Where do outpatient no-shows come from?

A SQL analysis of real outpatient appointments: the no-show rate rises from 4.6% (same day) to 33.0% (booked 31+ days ahead), and bookings made 8+ days ahead drive 57% of all no-shows. Includes the SMS confounder, charts and tested recommendations.

Synthetic data

Finding the leak in an e-pharmacy funnel

Funnel and cohort analysis in SQL: 62% of carts never reach checkout. Lifting cart-to-checkout to 48% would add about 27% more orders on the same traffic (scenario). All numbers are synthetic and labelled as such.

Prevalence of Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis Among School Students
Rajul Raman and Dr. Sajjad Alam. IOSR Journal of Dental and Medical Sciences, Vol. 24, Issue 5, pp. 71-79 (May 2025). Cross-sectional screening of 205 students (ages 11-17) using the Adams forward bend test and scoliometer; 17 students showed signs of scoliosis.
